DEADLY HAL(d)L(d)OWS Part II

I woke up early again for the second innings of the Quidditch match. (Wanna know about first innings? Its here) Heard from few of the people lined up in the queue saying that they were also been disapproved for the first time. So, I will consider Luck to be a factor in Shastri Bhavan mission. Moreover, it is not advisable to seek opinion from the agents seated outside the Shastri Bhavan. Because some of the application verification officers easily catch up cold temper when we argue anything by stating or quoting agent's comment as a supportive statement.
